Option 1 Colombo by Tuk Tuk Witness Colombo’s important sites Travel between locations by Tuk Tuk Discover the colonial influences on the city’s architecture Includes: Guide, refreshments, tuk tuk ride Duration: 3 hours, 9am or 3pm Children: 5+ To wear/bring: Light clothes & walking shoes Option 2 Explore historic "Slave Island" and learn of its origins during Portuguese rule. Walk eclectic streets influenced by Moors, Malay, Hindus, Buddhists and Christians. Begin at celebrated Galle Face and end at Beira Lake by Gangaramaya Temple. Includes: Your guide, water, umbrellas. Times: 4pm - 6pm, not Saturdays or Mondays. Children: Older kids, walk can be tailored. To wear/bring: Light, cool clothing, hat. Option 3 Explore the city's overlooked fort area and the bustling streets of Pettah. Hear stories about Colombo's historic buildings. Tea overlooking the harbour and street treats from the market. Includes: Guide, water, umbrellas. Times: 5.00pm - 6.30pm, approx. 1.5 hours. Children: Older kids, walk can be tailored. To wear/bring: Cool clothing, hat, camera.
